The Manifesto Manifesto
I need a manifesto. Apparently it is de riguer among bloggers to have one. Ever since the original Cluetrain Manifesto, the online world has become awash in manifesto’s. It makes you memorable, drives your “me” brand.
- The Hughtrain Manifesto: “The Market for Something to Believe in is Infinite” from Hugh. A keeper.
- The Corporate Weblog Manifesto: Scoble’s timeless bit of advice for companies dipping their toes in the blogosphere
- And now I just found the Small Business Branding Manifesto by Michael D. Pollock. It’s actually quite good with some nice link references, although it could use a bit more of an engaging title.
So I need to develop a manifesto. The “Seattleduck Manifesto”. Haven’t figured out on what yet, but damn it will be linkable.
[Updated to correct my horrible mangling of Michael D. Pollock's name]

p.s. i’m adding you to my blogroll.
Sorry about that – must have been late. I’ll be updating it now. Adding you to my roll as well, as I haven’t really spent much time looking at small business marketing. it’s a nice change of perspective.
