It works. I should know.. I make those commercials! They are great machines, but like anything - you do need to do the work to get the results. Check out these guys:

These are real owners who have made a huge impact in their lives, but have very different stories. These machines mean different things to different people, but everyone basically wants the same thing - to look and feel better.  That CAN happen with a Bowflex.
