Southwest’s new notification tool “Ding” for hot airfare’s. I rarely ever fly SW, preferring United (as long as they stay flying) and Alaska for west coast flights. But I may start trying this out – a nice way to hook in customers with a potentially very useful service.

Open Source Marketing manifesto (yet again, we need more manifesto’s in order to be important). I like this site – great links to some very very interesting reads, but my fear is it will become less selective and everyone who wants to make a name for themselves as some “new age marketing guru” will post up their buzzword loaded epiphanies here.
