Blogging on my new Mac

I’m looking for any recommendations people have for good blog posting and RSS aggregators for Mac OS X.

Trying out ecto now for posting. Anyone have any reviews on it they can point me too?

For a news aggregator, I’m looking for something on the client side, rather than a Web aggregator like Bloglines.
