Beattie’s Cyberfriend is back

So this is slightly freaky. While killing time, I dug through some of the links and the history of this guy is not normal. Good luck Russell.

In other news, since I happened to Russell Beattie’s site, some thoughts: I like the new design. Almost obscenely clean, has his pic right up top, and includes his RSS feed right there in the navbar. I’ve never understood why some folks leave theier buried in the sidebar. Why make anyone look around?

I also like the post on “How to Spell and Say My Name”. Personally I’ve taken to having this little conversation countless times: “Your last name?” “Briody.” “Variety?” “No, Briody. Sounds like SOBRIETY.” “<giggle>”
