The mysterious broken windows post is back up

I heard reference to this, and apparently the fact that the author pulled it down generated quite a bit of speculation and controversy about “how The Man beat [him] down”. But it’s back up. A former engineering manager from the Vista team, reflecting on his years spent on the project, for your reading enjoyment.
