Trying out my new Canon DSLR. While I’m still a rank amateur with it, I’ve read good advice that the best way to learn is to take as many photos as possible, and be deliberate about what you are trying to accomplish with each one (Though 10,000 photos a year might be out of my reach). A class on basic DSLR later this fall should help.
