Is you want to be amazed and get pissed off in one sitting, go read this analysis by Boing Boing of Amazon’s new Unbox movie service (“Amazon Unbox to customers: East shit and die”):

Amazon Unbox’s user agreement isn’t just galling for its evilness — it’s also commercially suicidal. No sane person will agree to this. Amazon Unbox user agreement is only a couple femtometers more dignified than being traded to another inmate for a couple packs of cigarettes.

I’m with Cory Doctorow on this one – I will never “purchase” a movie from Amazon Unbox. I’m getting increasonly sick of needing to ask permission from Hollywood for the priviledge of viewing their “product”.
